Use the per-set download button or the bulk download action inside Energy Set Builder.
Do not move your source tracks. You only need the playlist file to point Rekordbox back to the tracks already in your library.
Use the Rekordbox import option for playlists and select the generated M3U8 file.
Check track count, opening energy, peak area, closing shape, and a few harmonic transitions so you know the set came in the way you expected.
